Breaking down the Single Stroke Four.
This is an easy rudiment that is solely based on alternating 4 strokes between the right and left hand. You can play this rudiment either as tap strokes or full strokes.
Tip!
Think “trip a let left”, or… “trip a let right”.
Try to utilize the rebound from the surface you are playing on to create nice even strokes.
